Pick the town.
We'll hold the seat.
Dreamline Booking is the online seat desk for Dreamline coaches — coast, central, Rift Valley, western Kenya and cross-border runs to Kampala. Choose a route, see the fare, send your details, and a desk agent confirms on WhatsApp.
Search a departure
Pick your towns and date — we'll show the fare and open the booking form for that exact route.
No account, no card details. Seats are held once the desk replies. Fares are indicative and confirmed by the desk.
Routes & fares
Every corridor Dreamline runs, listed as a timetable with indicative per-seat fares. Filter by region, then open the booking form on the row you need.
Fares are "from" prices per seat in Kenya shillings (KSh) and are based on published fare guides. Weekends, public holidays and school opening and closing days cost more, and the desk confirms the final fare. Routes marked "Ask desk" are priced on request.
The coaches you'll actually board
Dreamline runs a mixed fleet of Scania and Isuzu coaches on the 56-seat T-X layout, in Standard and VIP trim. These are our own units, not stock photos.

On the roadThree steps from search to seat
Bookings are split between two desks by corridor, so the person replying to you already knows the road.
Search your corridor
Choose the towns and the date. The directory highlights the matching row, shows the fare and names the desk that handles it.
Send your details
Name, phone, seats, class and any luggage notes. The fare and your seat numbers travel with the request, so nothing gets asked twice.
Confirm and pay
The desk replies on WhatsApp with the departure time, seat numbers and final fare. Pay only via the system-generated M-Pesa prompt.
What the long night ride actually gives you
Most of our corridors are six to twelve hours. The coaches are fitted for that, not for a short hop.

Two booking desks, one network
Reach the desk directly if you'd rather ask before booking — group travel, parcels, a fare on a route marked "Ask desk", or a stop that isn't listed.

Message Desk BQuestions travellers ask us
How do I book a seat?
Search your route above, open the booking form on the matching row, fill in your details and send it to the desk on WhatsApp. The desk replies with the departure time, your seat numbers and the final fare.
How much does a ticket cost?
Indicative Standard fares start from about KSh 600 (Mombasa to Malindi) and KSh 900 (Nairobi to Nakuru). Nairobi to Mombasa is from KSh 1,800 Standard and KSh 2,200 VIP, Nairobi to Kisumu from KSh 1,800, and Nairobi to Kampala from KSh 1,800. See the full list under Routes & fares. Prices rise on weekends, public holidays and school-term days, so the desk confirms the final fare before you pay.
How do I pay?
Only through the system-generated M-Pesa prompt sent after your seat is confirmed. Dreamline never asks you to send money to a personal number.
Can I send a parcel instead of travelling?
Yes. Parcels move on the same coaches. Drop yours at any Dreamline booking office and it is collected at the destination office.
Do you cross into Uganda?
Yes — Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa all connect to Kampala; Nairobi to Kampala is from KSh 1,800 Standard. Carry a valid passport or East African ID for the border post.
Can I change my travel date?
Message the desk that confirmed your booking as early as you can. Changes depend on seat availability on the new date, and the fare can differ if the new date is a peak day.
